Whitening and keeping the shade
Whitening lightens the shade by acting on the pigment in the enamel. The result is not permanent: teeth stain again over time according to each patient’s habits, above all coffee, tea, red wine and tobacco.
How it is maintained
With regular professional hygiene and, where needed, widely spaced top-up sessions at home with the tray. That maintenance costs far less than repeating the whole treatment every few years.

Frequently asked questions about this treatment
01 How long does the whitening effect last?
It depends on your habits: coffee, red wine and tobacco shorten it. With care, the effect usually lasts one to two years before needing a touch-up.
02 Does whitening damage the enamel?
Done under professional supervision, no. The risk comes from unadjusted generic products used without checking gum health first.
03 Is sensitivity afterwards normal?
Mild, temporary sensitivity can appear in the first few days, manageable with the guidance we give you. That's why the process is supervised in clinic.
04 In-clinic or at-home: which is better?
It depends on the goal and the timeframe. In-clinic is faster; at-home is more gradual. Many patients combine both for the best result.
